Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a charge, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Refunds or credits are available for timely cancellations, while emergency exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To modify an appointment, clients can use our online booking system or contact us directly. By booking, clients agree to this policy.
